What you will do

• Analyze US Personal and Commercial Insurance data to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
• Synthesize data analysis into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform regular data audits and resolve data quality issues using SQL in Snowflake.
• Assist in the design and development of new data analysis tools.
• Develop a robust understanding of US P&C Insurance markets, policy programs, and pricing models.
• Generate reports on data quality metrics and present findings to stakeholders/clients.

Requirements

• English: B2 level required.
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting).
• Knowledge of SQL (basic to intermediate proficiency, including JOINs and subqueries).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools for data visualization (Sigma, PowerBI).
• Attention to detail and ability to draw correct conclusions from analyzed data.
• Willingness to work full-time in a hybrid model from the Krakow city-center based office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Jupyter Notebook environment.
