Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland. Must be willing to work from the Cracow city-center based office as a full-time employee.

Salary: $102,000–$123,600 (annualized base pay)

What you will do

• Analyze insurance data from US Personal and Commercial carriers to identify trends, anomalies, and market dynamics.
• Synthesize and summarize key insights from data analysis for stakeholders.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of insurance data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues using SQL in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to improve data quality processes.
• Assist in the design and development of new data analysis tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in Business English is required (minimum B2 level).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including JOINs and subqueries.
• Very good knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Sigma or PowerBI.
• Attention to detail and ability to draw correct conclusions from analyzed data.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the Cracow city-center based office as a full-time employee.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Jupyter Notebook environment.
