What you will do

• Design end-to-end web experiences from concept through launch.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and leverage data to validate and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and ship features.
• Create simple, logical UI that makes complex workflows feel effortless.
• Balance user advocacy with business goals and technical constraints.
• Lead design reviews and build strong cases for design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web design work.
• Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch using Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings.
• Strong judgment in making data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics.
• Ability to thrive as part of a founding team, being resourceful and passionate about solving customer problems.
• Must be located in Canada.
