What you will do

• Manage active corporate vacancies.
• Run full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, references, and offers.
• Work directly with hiring managers in Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, and Office Management.
• Source and engage local candidates in the Cyprus market.
• Ensure fast turnaround and continuity of hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting corporate roles in Cyprus, specifically Legal, Finance, HR, or Admin.
• Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
• Strong understanding of local candidate availability, expectations, and hiring practices.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-moving environment.
• High level of structure, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Greek is an advantage.
