What you will do
- Work with cold leads and process an archived “closed” database (5,000+ leads).
- Conduct online calls and presentations to identify client needs.
- Sell subscriptions to an IT product for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Manage deals through to payment using KommoCRM, IP telephony, scripts, and result-oriented approaches.
- Meet clear and achievable KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Confidence in online presentations and strong closing skills.
- Ability to listen and work with customer needs.
- Clear and competent spoken language.
- Basic digital literacy.
- Must work from the Yerevan office.
