What you will do

• Administer global employee benefit programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and paid time off.
• Support annual US open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and system updates.
• Assist in managing the Leave of Absence programs in the US and partner with vendors on administration.
• Collaborate with the Payroll and Finance teams on reporting, invoicing, and data transmission.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for benefits.
• Partner with cross-functional HR teams on the annual compensation cycle and market data activities.
• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners on compensation-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Experience in the analysis, design, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs.
• Experience supporting global companies.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google sheets, and HRIS systems.
• Experience with compensation and benefits management tools and related systems.
