What you will do
- Design data-driven lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
- Develop creative concepts that combine brand storytelling and patient empathy.
- Own the design and delivery of high-performing CRM assets including emails, banners, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure design excellence and brand consistency.
- Bring fresh ideas to optimise creative performance using A/B testing and insights.
- Maintain design systems and templates to support scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in digital, lifecycle, or email design, preferably in a DTC business.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and imagery.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Passion for health, wellness, or beauty.
- High attention to detail and an eye for clean, emotionally resonant design.
- A portfolio that demonstrates design craft, creativity, and digital know-how.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HTML for email design (bonus if you have worked in ESPs like Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable).
