What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers.
• Own architecture, design decisions, and technical standards across the stack.
• Develop and maintain back-end services with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and optimize mobile-first web apps using TypeScript, React, and JSX.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, especially in payments/e-commerce.
• Lead code reviews and promote best practices, performance, and security.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer owning complex systems.
• Strong back-end skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Nice to have

• Previous tech lead experience.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and AWS services.
• Familiarity with microservices (Node.js, Lambda) and containerization (Docker).
• Background working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
