TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Fintech): Developing and maintaining large-scale, mission-critical web applications for financial crime investigation and compliance for both On-Prem and Cloud deployments with an accent on full development-lifecycle ownership, performance, and scalability. Focus on designing for multiple platforms, databases, and application servers, and leading technical implementation of complex features.

Location: Israel - Raanana (hybrid model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain large-scale web-based applications for financial crime investigation and compliance.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle for features, adhering to enterprise software standards.
• Optimize application performance and scalability across various platforms and deployments.
• Design and develop solutions compatible with multiple platforms, databases, and application servers.
• Collaborate with R&D groups and support tiers to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Lead the technical implementation of complex features from design to deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in Java Development and Web Applications.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in Object-Oriented Design/Programming (OOD/OOP).
• Experience with SQL and relational database environments such as Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Work from Raanana, Israel 2 days a week (hybrid model).
