What you will do

• Define and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for the marketplace platform.
• Collaborate with data science teams to translate complex analytics and machine learning insights into actionable product features.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams for seamless product development and execution.
• Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Tackle abstract, high-level challenges and innovate solutions to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in marketplace or data-centric environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex data science problems and abstract, strategic challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional project management.
