What you will do
- Pitch GenAI-powered product capabilities, value, and limitations to identified customers.
- Identify customer requirements and translate them into product features.
- Product-manage and govern identified customizations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell advanced product features.
- Conduct user onboarding and trainings, driving best practices and product adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to translate customer needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Build and guide a team of Product Analysts/Senior Analysts for product deployment, customization, and success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in product deployment, product ownership, or product management, preferably with B2B customers.
- Conceptual understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven workflows.
- Familiarity with common GenAI use cases such as summarization, extraction, Q&A, and content generation.
- Ability to gather, articulate, and prioritize customer requirements for GenAI-powered features.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to generate practical, scalable solutions to customer problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBAs with a technical background preferred.
