What you will do
- Own the product content strategy and calendar, publishing 4-5 high-quality pieces per month across multiple formats.
- Create compelling content including product education, customer stories, how-to guides, webinars, video tutorials, ebooks, and white papers.
- Drive strategic messaging initiatives by publishing frameworks and lead magnets that reinforce core market perceptions.
- Develop verticalized and industry-specific messaging as the company scales into areas like SaaS/AI, Healthcare, and Fintech.
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels, using data and buyer feedback to refine strategies.
Requirements
- Creative storyteller who can make technical product features compelling and accessible.
- Strong writer with the ability to adapt tone and format to different audiences and content types.
- Strategic thinker who can connect content to business outcomes like shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates.
- Self-starter who is comfortable owning a content calendar end-to-end, from ideation to publishing.
- Data-informed with instincts for what will resonate with finance and accounting audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Background creating content for technical or complex products (ERP, accounting, finance tools).
- Comfortable on video for product demos, tutorials, or educational content.
- Experience with content-led growth or product-led growth strategies.
- Familiarity with verticalized messaging for different industries or company sizes.
- Experience with Notion.
