What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and project direction, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Proactively prepare, track, and analyze project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Provide guidance to project management team members, coaching on best practices and professional development.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
• Support Quality Assurance processes and resolve any budget-related queries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in a managerial position within the gaming/animation industry.
• Strong understanding of game and animation production methodologies, pipelines, and workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and traditional production processes.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• English: B2 required.
