What you will do

• Establish and maintain project schedules for stand-ups, sprint plans, and milestone trackers.
• Execute production workflows for assigned tasks, including backlog grooming, bug tracking, localization, and asset follow-ups.
• Coordinate daily with assigned team members or departments and support client engagement by preparing status updates and reports.
• Provide mentorship and daily coordination to associate producers and production coordinators, and assist with onboarding.
• Ensure delivery readiness for assigned project sections, including final asset checks and QA coordination.
• Make task-level decisions, proactively surface issues, and support resource tracking and budget planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Producer managing large internal teams within the video game industry.
• Good working knowledge of video games and an understanding of how game software is made.
• Mature personality, able to manage senior-level relationships in multicultural working environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge and passion for video games.
• English proficiency required and expertise in Microsoft Excel or equivalent.
