What you will do

• Set up and maintain schedules for stand-ups, sprint plans, and milestone trackers.
• Own the execution of production workflows for assigned tasks, including backlog grooming and bug tracking.
• Support the preparation of status updates, reports, and client review materials.
• Provide mentorship and daily coordination to associate producers and production coordinators.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure production goals align with creative and technical standards.
• Surface issues and misalignments to the Senior Producer or Lead Producer for support.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Producer, managing large internal teams within the video game industry.
• Good working knowledge of Video Games and an understanding of how game software is made.
• Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciate multicultural working environments.
• Strong leadership skills, able to drive various functions through the whole development process.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel or Equivalent.
