NOC Graduate Programme (VoIP/Networking): Participating in a structured program focused on technical product support for hirify.global’s global connectivity products, with an accent on investigating call behavior, troubleshooting API issues, and improving customer self-service. Focus on analyzing SIP/RTP traffic with Wireshark, replicating API issues using Postman, and resolving complex customer and vendor concerns efficiently.

Location: Remote (Mexico), working 9am to 6pm CST (Time in Mexico). This is a remote opportunity, and the company does not have offices in Mexico.

What you will do

• Communicate effectively with international customers in English.
• Investigate call behavior by analyzing SIP and RTP traffic with Wireshark and internal tools.
• Replicate API issues using Postman and escalate them to appropriate teams.
• Familiarize yourself with hirify.global’s product suite (VoIP/SIP Trunking, Programmable Voice, Wireless, Messaging APIs, AI Assistants).
• Improve customer self-service through better processes and documentation.
• Troubleshoot customer and vendor concerns quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of computer science or computer network related studies with no previous work experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is strictly required.
• Experience or interest in Computer Networking/IoT.
• Strong customer-focus, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Understanding of general web technologies (API, webhooks).
• Ability to work remotely efficiently and independently.
• Must have your own computer, fast speed internet connection, and workspace.
