What you will do

• Lead and execute Unity UI integration, ensuring seamless functionality, high visual quality, and optimized performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-border teams based in the US and Vietnam.
• Create complex level art assets that require both artistic and technical skills, such as shaders and cloth simulations.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to the internal art team, ensuring alignment with artistic direction and technical standards.
• Take initiative in problem-solving and optimization to ensure efficient production pipelines and stable integration.
• Support and guide junior artists, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a digital art content creation pipeline, ideally in the video game industry.
• Proven expertise in Unity UI systems (layout, animation, transitions, and responsiveness).
• Technical ability with familiarity across multiple programming and shader languages: Python, C#, C++, Nvidia CGfx, HLSL.
• Basic scripting proficiency (C#) sufficient for independent UI integration and simple tool creation.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
