What you will do

• Lead and manage Lead Programmers and Team Leaders within the game engineering team.
• Coordinate with Art, Design, Sound, and QA teams to ensure alignment with technical design.
• Manage the software engineering department to optimize performance and quality.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of engineering staff.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project progress and technical matters.

Requirements

• Must be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and work onsite.
• Minimum 8 years programming experience with advanced C++ and knowledge of other languages (C#, Objective-C, LUA, Unreal Script, Python).
• Strong understanding of game development, Unreal Engine 5, game engines, tools, and platforms.
• Experience in project and staff management, technical documentation, and training.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software, or mathematics.
