Training Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate scheduling of courses and attendees, conference rooms, and equipment.
• Coordinate production training, including onboarding and professional development classes.
• Serve as a liaison between trainees and training staff, communicating needs and feedback.
• Prepare and orient new hires to the tech environment and establish training schedules.
• Maintain the Studio Talent Group website and send weekly training updates.
• Ensure instructional spaces are well-maintained, offer technical support, and maintain training class database.

Requirements

• Exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Strong proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience within film production/post production and computer graphics.
• Bachelor's degree.
