Location: Full-time, on-site role at the Melbourne CBD office

What you will do
- Own BAU job grading using AON methodology to ensure organizational consistency.
- Act as the subject matter expert on job grading, market developments, and methodology updates.
- Support two annual remuneration cycles, providing analytical input and clear recommendations.
- Manage market benchmarking and translate outputs into actionable business insights.
- Contribute to the evolution of the global reward strategy as the business expands into new markets.
- Partner with the Head of Performance, Reward & Talent to shape the future direction of reward and recognition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated reward role with strong remuneration expertise.
- Hands-on AON job grading experience is essential.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in market benchmarking and data interpretation.
- Experience supporting end-to-end remuneration review cycles.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with HRBPs, Finance, and senior leaders.
- Must be based in Melbourne for on-site collaboration.

- Exposure to global or multi-region reward design and implementation.
- Experience in tech, gaming, entertainment, or high-growth scale-up environments.
