What you will do

• Own BAU job grading using AON methodology to ensure organizational consistency.
• Act as the subject matter expert on job grading, market developments, and methodology updates.
• Support two annual remuneration cycles, providing analytical input and clear recommendations.
• Manage market benchmarking and translate outputs into actionable business insights.
• Contribute to the evolution of the global reward strategy as the business expands into new markets.
• Partner with the Head of Performance, Reward & Talent to shape the future direction of reward and recognition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a dedicated reward role with strong remuneration expertise.
• Hands-on AON job grading experience is essential.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in market benchmarking and data interpretation.
• Experience supporting end-to-end remuneration review cycles.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with HRBPs, Finance, and senior leaders.
• Must be based in Melbourne for on-site collaboration.

• Exposure to global or multi-region reward design and implementation.
• Experience in tech, gaming, entertainment, or high-growth scale-up environments.
