Location: Paris, France - Hybrid. Eligibility for remote work limited to EU citizens (20 days per year from a European Union country).

What you will do

• Participate in the scoping and design of AI-driven game features.
• Ensure the technology is accessible and usable by different departments.
• Guarantee prompt content consistency across environments by testing how changes impact performance and optimizing latency and cost.
• Help define and promote best practices for prompt engineering and support teams in implementing them.
• Contribute to the creation of both manual and automated test scenarios in collaboration with QA and AI teams.
• Analyze bugs and feedback, identifying those related to prompt content, and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Passionate about video games, with at least one prior experience in a tech company.
• Proven experience designing prompts for various tasks and across multiple providers.
• Solid understanding of several language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Qwen, SentenceBERT, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and their key differences.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (French is a plus).
• Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to translate user needs into clear specifications.
• Independent and curious by nature.

Nice to have

• Programming skills (Python, C#, etc.) and experience working with AI APIs.
• Experience in narrative content creation (dialogue, quests, world-building) and/or role-playing games.
• A good understanding of video game design principles.
