What you will do
- Participate in the scoping and design of AI-driven game features.
- Ensure the technology is accessible and usable by different departments.
- Guarantee prompt content consistency across environments by testing how changes impact performance and optimizing latency and cost.
- Help define and promote best practices for prompt engineering and support teams in implementing them.
- Contribute to the creation of both manual and automated test scenarios in collaboration with QA and AI teams.
- Analyze bugs and feedback, identifying those related to prompt content, and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Passionate about video games, with at least one prior experience in a tech company.
- Proven experience designing prompts for various tasks and across multiple providers.
- Solid understanding of several language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Qwen, SentenceBERT, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and their key differences.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (French is a plus).
- Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to translate user needs into clear specifications.
- Independent and curious by nature.
Nice to have
- Programming skills (Python, C#, etc.) and experience working with AI APIs.
- Experience in narrative content creation (dialogue, quests, world-building) and/or role-playing games.
- A good understanding of video game design principles.
