TL;DR

Brand Marketing Specialist (Automotive): Evolving and implementing brand identity, campaigns, and PR initiatives for car tech diagnostic and customization tools with an accent on visual identity, product storytelling, and employer branding. Focus on ensuring brand consistency across content, performance, and sales teams, monitoring brand statistics, and managing brand presence at international shows.

Location: Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Lithuania required.

Salary: 3300 - 4800 €/month

What you will do

  • Use and evolve hirify.global’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand positioning.
  • Implement brand campaigns, product storytelling, and PR initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across content, performance, and sales teams.
  • Monitor brand statistics (e.g. direct traffic, share of voice, NPS).
  • Manage Employer Branding projects from start to finish.
  • Manage branding processes and presence at international shows like SEMA, Automechanika.

Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing or communications in a consumer brand environment.
  • Proven experience in managing visual identity, tone of voice, and brand campaigns.
  • Analytical abilities for quick cost-benefit calculations and metric tracking.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead initiatives independently.
  • Excellent English (written and verbal) and Lithuanian are required.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to align teams and drive performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with content, performance, and sales.
