What you will do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into product improvements.
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software.
- Shape architecture and make tech stack decisions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead technical direction for major initiatives and mentor team members.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices while fostering innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
- Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements and high-quality code.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, balancing cost and benefit while delivering efficient solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership for technical work, the product, and the team.
- Team-oriented approach, proactively supporting goals and collaborating effectively.
- Excellent abstraction and communication skills to simplify complex systems and ideas.
