What you will do

• Own the end-to-end configuration lifecycle on the Workday platform from design to deployment.
• Lead the implementation of complex integrations with third-party systems using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Develop and customize Business Processes within Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Compensation.
• Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and reports.
• Manage bi-annual Workday Feature Releases and coordinate regression testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Workday Techno-Functional experience, including configuring complex HCM processes and building integrations.
• In-depth experience with Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Compensation is mandatory.
• Expertise in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Strong technical fluency with XML, XSLT, and Workday APIs (SOAP and REST).
• Proficiency with Workday security models (Role-Based, User-Based, Contextual).
• Active Workday HCM Certification or Workday Pro certification is required.
