What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of elastically scalable solutions.
- Define and abide by stringent security standards for the infrastructure.
- Build environments from the ground up with security and performance.
- Implement monitoring, metrics, and alerts for mission-critical applications.
- Help drive the transition to a continuously delivered microservice environment.
- Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment while being responsive to urgent requests.
Requirements
- 7-9+ years of experience working at a Cloud/SaaS company.
- Hands-on Linux experience.
- Expert level AWS experience.
- Expert knowledge of microservices.
- Experience with High Availability (HA) environments.
- 4+ years experience with setting up and maintaining cloud environments.
- Experience with database usage and management, including SQL and NoSQL.
Nice to have
- Experience building and supporting a 5-9s environment.
- Experience with a streaming infrastructure.
- Experience with auto scalable microservices.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- OWASP or CISSP experience.
- Experience with ECS/Fargate.
