Salary: $160,000–$215,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of elastically scalable solutions.
• Define and abide by stringent security standards for the infrastructure.
• Build environments from the ground up with security and performance.
• Implement monitoring, metrics, and alerts for mission-critical applications.
• Help drive the transition to a continuously delivered microservice environment.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment while being responsive to urgent requests.

Requirements

• 7-9+ years of experience working at a Cloud/SaaS company.
• Hands-on Linux experience.
• Expert level AWS experience.
• Expert knowledge of microservices.
• Experience with High Availability (HA) environments.
• 4+ years experience with setting up and maintaining cloud environments.
• Experience with database usage and management, including SQL and NoSQL.

Nice to have

• Experience building and supporting a 5-9s environment.
• Experience with a streaming infrastructure.
• Experience with auto scalable microservices.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with JIRA.
• OWASP or CISSP experience.
• Experience with ECS/Fargate.
