What you will do

• Shape core platform capabilities on GCP, focusing on automation, workflow optimization, and integration with CME services.
• Harness key GCP services to establish, enhance, and automate fundamental platform functionalities.
• Emphasize scalability, resiliency, recoverability, and compliance in all solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable and implement key data platform services.
• Implement advanced automation solutions and optimize workflows for seamless CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive the evolution of data infrastructure, meeting stringent compliance, performance, and reliability standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
• Proficient in cloud platforms, especially GCP or AWS, including cloud-specific native technologies and security concepts.
• In-depth understanding of cloud security principles and secure coding techniques.
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker.
• Skilled in automating infrastructure and workflows using tools like Terraform.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methods and DevSecOps principles, including CI/CD.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby, Perl, Go, or Scala.
• Experience with BigQuery.
• Knowledge of Big Data frameworks like Spark, Flink, or Apache Beam.
• AWS, GCP, or other cloud / DevSecOps related certifications.
