Location: Onsite in Belfast, United Kingdom
What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale DevOps team members towards enterprise DevOps goals.
- Build reusable standard CI/CD pipeline models with integrated quality gates and security.
- Drive automation to eliminate manual steps in build and deployment processes.
- Guide technical teams on operational, technical, and procedural best practices.
- Collaborate with program teams to adopt DevOps principles and toolchains.
- Manage build, release, configuration, and troubleshooting of production systems.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Belfast, United Kingdom.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- 6+ years cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab) and build orchestration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, TeamCity, Azure DevOps).
- Strong skills in Terraform, Ansible, automation scripting (Python, JavaScript), Docker, and Packer.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture, network configurations, monitoring tools (Elastic, Splunk), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
