What you will do

• Create high-quality marketing visuals across various channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events).
• Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components for ongoing web improvements.
• Collaborate closely with freelance HubSpot front-end developers for implementation and visual consistency checks.
• Coordinate with other designers and cross-functional marketing teams to support campaign asset needs.
• Produce simple video edits and prepare briefs/assets for freelance motion designers when advanced animation is required.
• Use and update the marketing design system in Figma and maintain task organization in ClickUp.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Senior Designer in a SaaS environment.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva; basic video editing required.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers.
• Ability to manage individual workloads, follow established processes, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced marketing team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp experience is a plus).
• HubSpot experience.
• Motion design skills and tools.
