What you will do
- Lead design execution for campaigns and brand work, translating creative concepts into outstanding visual design.
- Set design standards and quality benchmarks for all visual work on your brand.
- Oversee design production across all channels, ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and accessibility.
- Act as guardian of visual brand identity, contributing to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Creative and various teams from idea through final delivery.
- Drive efficient, high-quality design delivery by creating scalable design systems and streamlined workflows.
Requirements
- Significant experience in graphic or visual design with a strong ability to create impactful, high-quality work.
- Experience leading, coaching, or supporting a team of designers in a collaborative environment.
- A portfolio showcasing creative excellence across a variety of channels and brand work.
- Hands-on experience delivering integrated campaigns from initial concept through to final execution.
- Experience working with well-known consumer brands or similarly complex brand environments.
- A proven track record of maintaining brand consistency while finding opportunities to push creativity.
Nice to have
- Experience working within an in-house creative team, agency, or brand-side studio.
- A background spanning both digital and traditional design disciplines.
- Experience creating or evolving design systems, brand guidelines, or visual frameworks.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and how design contributes to seamless user experiences.
- Knowledge of motion design or basic animation techniques.
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced, iterative environments.
