What you will do

• Uphold and refine the Dialpad brand across marketing and channel platforms.
• Drive ideation and implementation of fresh digital and print campaigns for brand recognition and customer acquisition.
• Take full ownership of design initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion.
• Articulate the strategic rationale behind creative choices to colleagues across different departments.
• Continuously enhance and fortify the visual identity toolkit for Dialpad.
• Provide guidance to less experienced designers on the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience and a design portfolio showcasing conceptual prowess.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in conversion and data-driven design.
• Proficiency in print production and best practices.
• Knowledge of front-end development best practices & emerging technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Ability to demonstrate the use of generative AI in your workflow.
