What you will do

• Own design for meaningful product areas from concept through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape product strategy and define the “why” behind what we build.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with strong attention to detail.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with legal professionals to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality execution and thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Contribute to and help evolve hirify.global’s visual language.

Requirements

• Several years of experience designing web products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking (not just UI).
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products (bonus points for workflow-heavy or technical domains).
• Eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products.
• Familiarity with legal, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Background in user research or strong research instincts.
