What you will do

• Drive the vision of enabling hirify.global applications on Google Cloud, collaborating with teams across geographies.
• Manage, hire, and nurture a team of 5-10 people to deliver cloud frameworks and infrastructure automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build best-in-class services and systems at scale.
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
• Innovate aggressively while managing risk and ensure product success.
• Determine root causes for production-level incidents and write high-quality RCA reports.

Requirements

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading software development projects with a track record on technically demanding products.
• Experience in Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience working with AIOps or AI SRE related tooling.
• Experience using monitoring systems like Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, Zipkin, or OTEL.
• Experience working in scrum/agile development environment.
