PC Test Specialist

TL;DR

PC Test Specialist: Defining and improving PC testing processes and procedures for multiplatform titles with an accent on PC platform requirements, client functionality, and performance testing. Focus on educating staff, collaborating with studios, and researching product defects and performance metrics.

Location: This is an onsite role in our Liverpool office, UK, with a minimum engagement of 12 months.

What you will do

• Define PC testing processes and procedures with a focus on service improvement.
• Provide subject matter expertise and training on PC operating system, client functionality, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with studios and business leadership to inform strategy and gather requirements.
• Research and document product defects and performance metrics.
• Promote new test strategies across project disciplines and service providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA Operations.
• Proven PC Games testing experience, supporting titles across platforms like Steam, Epic, Origin, GOG.
• Strong understanding of PC gaming hardware and associated technologies.
• PC building experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Expert level understanding of PC gaming hardware and associated technologies.
• Strong experience/understanding of GPU video graphics cards and display resolutions.
• Proven experience in process improvement/service management.
