What you will do

• Lead and execute test strategies for portfolio initiatives, aligning with business objectives, regulatory standards, and risk appetite.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance and coordinating multi-vendor test activities.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects and suppliers to ensure readiness and quality.
• Establish and maintain robust test governance frameworks, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to junior testers and manage QA/QC professionals, Test Specialists, and other testing roles.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing effectiveness and communicate outcomes to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, including hands-on experience with various testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience in supporting testing projects, developing, and implementing test plans and strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
