What you will do

• Lead and inspire engineering teams, including Engineering Managers, Software Engineers, SDETs, and Technical Program Managers.
• Deliver highly available, scalable, and performant cloud services for store and identity functionalities.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Define the technical vision, architectural foundation, and engineering standards for a modern, scalable identity platform.
• Lead the technology transformation and innovation of existing and new capabilities.
• Participate in product roadmap discussions and identify key areas for improvement.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Seasoned director or senior director level experience leading identity, accounts, notifications, or digital rights management services for a large-scale company.
• 10+ years’ experience in delivering enterprise-scale online, secure, scalable, resilient SaaS solutions.
• 10+ years of leading, inspiring, and growing leaders of engaged software engineering and operational agile teams.
• Extensive recent experience with technology transformation, specifically designing, implementing, and operating automated, self-service solutions in AWS.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Japanese languages.
