What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, influencing and executing operations strategy across cross-functional teams.
• Lead the development of models for coordination and optimization across operations functions and customer engagement channels, including Originations, Fraud, Servicing, Complaints, Collections & Recoveries, Phone, Chat, Email, and AI Solutions.
• Develop tools and provide training to foster an analytical mindset within the Operations Strategy team for daily business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and AI to drive incremental operations performance and business value.
• Lead the standardization of metrics across operations to enhance decision-making by operations leaders and teams.
• Lead the design and monitoring of tests to support an aggressive learning and optimization agenda across pre-delinquency, collections, and recoveries initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 3+ years in people management.
• BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• Experience developing custom models based on an understanding of underlying data and business problems.
• Experience with causal inference measurement (A/B and multivariate testing) and time series analysis methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
• Proficiency with modern analytical tools and languages like Python, R, SQL, and building visualizations with Tableau.
• English: B2 required.
• Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
