What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s voice agent.
• Work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and requirements.
• Translate these into clear specs and evals, then partner with engineering and research to bring them to life.

Requirements

• Have 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder, engineer, researcher etc.).
• Experience building voice agents, e.g., LLMs, speech-to-text models, text-to-speech models, speech-to-speech models, background noise separation, call center integrations.
• Strong technical acumen — comfortable discussing APIs, AI models, and architecture with engineers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience working at a startup or high-growth company.
• Experience working on an enterprise B2B product.
