Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead timely delivery of key initiatives and contribute to roadmap execution with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and other functions/teams.
• Evolve the technical architecture for systems owned by your team.
• Partner with other technical leaders to evolve the overall technical ecosystem.
• Ensure engineering excellence in areas like code quality, observability, and production operations.
• Initiate and contribute to continuous improvement of software delivery processes and practices.
• Mentor team members and participate in finding top talent for the organization.

Requirements

• Expertise in engineering and computer science fundamentals.
• Experience developing scalable, reliable applications on cloud platforms (GCP & AWS).
• Proficiency in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience leading multi-quarter, cross-team initiatives from design to production deployment.
• Strong sense of ownership and a passion for continuous learning.
• Must be able to work within Canada (compensation information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within Ontario).
• English: B2 required.
