What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat.
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with Product teams to improve the platform.
- Assist and educate customers on the hirify.global platform, providing excellent customer service.
- Serve as a passionate advocate for customers, ensuring Clients and Therapists feel heard and supported.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity, particularly about health tech.
- Kind and empathetic work ethic, prioritizing Customer Experience.
- Successful working independently and remotely, adapting well to changing priorities.
- Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics, including the number of conversations worked on per day.
- Excited about contributing to a fast-paced startup's growth.
Nice to have
- At least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience.
- Knowledge around how Insurances and Coverage works in the US Healthcare industry.
- Basic programming or engineering skills and/or education / training / certification in a business- or technology-related field.
