Lead Customer Education Specialist / Trainer (Data Analytics): Supporting client retention by providing comprehensive bespoke training and demonstrations to maximize value from hirify.global's research. Focus on analyzing client needs, creating tailored workflow solutions, and embedding products to increase usage and support commercial success.

Location: Hybrid, London, GB

What you will do

  • Build in-depth knowledge of products and product roadmaps in your allocated vertical.
  • Analyse client needs and create tailored workflow solutions maximizing value from content.
  • Deliver workflow-based training and demo sessions to embed products, increase users, and support cross-sell/upsell/retention.
  • Answer level 3 inbound customer queries within your product vertical.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to embed hirify.global products into customer workflows.
  • Contribute to product development roadmap based on customer feedback and knowledge of workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Customer Education role within a B2B sales, data analytics or SaaS based solutions organisation.
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or natural resources.
  • Presentation, public speaking, communication and training skills.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with different internal teams to achieve commercial success.
  • Experience of working with complex data sets and an understanding of customer workflows.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, PowerBI, and Intermediate Excel skills.
