What you will do

• Design and build engaging apprenticeship programmes from the ground up.
• Translate apprenticeship standards into practical training that drives business results.
• Deliver inspiring workshops and ensure programmes combine compliance with client needs.
• Partner with employers to align programmes to their workforce needs.
• Play a central role in scaling a new service line, starting with IT and digital apprenticeships.

Requirements

• Strong L&D / curriculum design experience, ideally in apprenticeships or corporate training.
• Understanding of pedagogy and adult learning to design engaging learning journeys.
• Experience building or delivering IT/digital training programmes.
• Pragmatic, client-oriented, and excited by the chance to shape and scale something new.
• Must be able to work 3 days in the London office per week.
