What you will do

• Lead the team in building brand experiences within Amazon's advertising portfolio.
• Partner with product, design, science, and sales teams to develop new products and experiences.
• Drive the team’s long-term vision and architecture for highly strategic initiatives.
• Shape roadmaps and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
• Build consumer-facing products from the ground up, ensuring high scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Work authorization for the USA is required.
