Salary: USD $124,000 – $329,200 /Yr

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to encourage the growth of others.
• Own and advocate for the health and quality of the systems, including participating in on-call rotations.
• Write architecture briefs, carry out code experiments, and build prototypes for planetary scale systems.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration and utilize CI/CD tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• 6+ years experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems (100 million+ user base).

Nice to have

• 2+ years experience in systems programming, search index internals, and information retrieval.
• 4+ years experience designing and implementing data structures and algorithms.
• Experience effectively contributing to technical strategy and roadmaps with a strong customer focus.
• Understanding of production system monitoring and observability across various layers.
