What you will do

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the hirify.global Platform to solve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for customers to gain greater value from the hirify.global platform.
• Address customer needs through strong verbal and written communication.
• Identify and rapidly assign tier 3 support cases to Technical Support Engineers.
• Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts and collaborate with Technical Support Engineers on strategic activities.
• Contribute to and track activity, after action, root cause, and daily status reports.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in IT/Consulting and Systems Administration/Engineering.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance or higher.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to articulate and communicate.
• Broad knowledge across several technical domains, including Endpoint Security, Systems Management, and Utility Scripting.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to break down problems into manageable pieces.
