What you will do

  • Define and lead the implementation of the Group merchandising strategy for all B2C platforms.
  • Monitor B2C performance per country and implement action plans to support growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Growth, Data science, UX, CRM) to improve homepage/tab performance and member experience.
  • Utilize data to steer team focus, actions, and improve business performance.
  • Lead and coach a cross-European team of B2C Merchandizers, ensuring operational excellence and professional development.
  • Collaborate and communicate with key local and planning stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Team management & development skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken & written).
  • Good understanding of brand & trade marketing, digital marketing, commercial, and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite, with experience in hirify.global tools (Boom, Mixpanel, Microstrategy, Neolane) a plus.
  • Strategic vision, business & result oriented, creative, proactive, autonomous, and excellent communication.
