Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation to Poland is required.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features.
• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize advanced, reusable test cases, test suites, and test plans.
• Collaborate closely with shared technology developers, tools programmers, technical artists, and downstream project teams to identify, document, and resolve issues.
• Analyze test results, identify systemic root causes, and provide actionable insights that improve robustness, performance, and adoption of shared technologies.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving technical documentation for shared technologies.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar senior technical QA role, ideally supporting internal tools, platforms, pipelines, or shared technologies.
• Experience contributing to at least one shipped AA/AAA title.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies for complex systems.
• Strong experience validating technologies built on or integrated with game engines.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
