What you will do

• Develop multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs) to observe, model, and derive insights for automation.
• Work in a joint scrum with engineers for rapid invention, development, and launch of automation agent systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems in Generative AI.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate and improve algorithm and model performance.
• Think big about the multi-year development arc of GenAI and identify new application opportunities.
• Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree with 5+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• English: B2 required.
• US work authorization required.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a focus on Gen AI and reinforcement learning.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing algorithms and models for supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning through human feedback.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
