What you will do

• Provide specialized IT consulting services
• Implement and optimize ITSM/ESM solutions for clients
• Design and define CMDB data models
• Leverage platforms such as OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, and Jira Service Management
• Apply strong knowledge of the ITIL 4 framework to projects

Requirements

• More than 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ESM solutions (OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or equivalent platforms)
• Experience with CMDB including definition and design of data models
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL 4 framework
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CRUD and JavaScript
