What you will do

• Contribute to the development of Machine Learning and AI products, working closely with stream-aligned product teams.
• Support testing and monitoring strategies for ML/AI outputs to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team to improve model deployment, monitoring, validation, and governance processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented ML code and pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying ML models throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Ray, Keras, Spark).
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Snowflake preferred).
• Practical experience with model testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Work in Amsterdam, Netherlands or willingness to relocate with support.
