What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and potentially implement GraphQL.
• Collaborate on codebases using Git.
• Work across marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver customer-facing products.
• Maintain clear technical specifications and code documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python and web frameworks (Django is a plus).
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Strong German language skills (written and spoken) as it is the company's primary working language.
• Ability to communicate in English for meetings and documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Berlin or Munich.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with Datadog and/or Sentry.
• Interest in environmental issues and the energy industry.
