Business Analytics Intern

TL;DR

Business Analytics Intern: Running, improving, and optimizing ROI analyses for customers, supporting Product and Customer Success teams with data-heavy operational tasks. Focus on increasing ROI reporting frequency, ensuring high data quality, and improving existing ROI models and workflows.

Location: Hybrid from the Utrecht, Netherlands office, with occasional work from home by agreement. Must be registered as a resident in the Netherlands.

Salary: €750 per month (based on a 40-hour week).

What you will do

• Prepare, execute, and maintain ROI analyses for customers.
• Increase the frequency of ROI reporting while ensuring high data quality.
• Improve and optimize existing ROI models, templates, and workflows.
• Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or improvement opportunities in ROI data.
• Upload, validate, and maintain partner lists.
• Support monthly customer reporting with data preparation and checks.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a study program.
• Very comfortable with Excel, including formulas, structured data, and large datasets.
• Highly detail-oriented, spotting errors others miss.
• Analytical mindset, understanding why numbers look the way they do.
• Curious and proactive about improving templates, models, and processes.
• Reliable and organized, taking ownership once trained.
• Must be registered as a resident in the Netherlands.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.
